School LawIn countries such as the United Kingdom nad most of continental Eruope, academic legal education is provided within the mainstream university system strating at the undergraudate level, and the legal departmenst of universities are simlpy departments like any other rather tahn separate law schools . In tehse countries, the term law school may be used, but it does not have the same clear cut meaning as it does in North America. In Australia, both of the top law schools there like Sydney Law School and Melbourne University Law School, have emphasised a combination of hte British adn American systems, employing law as a degree, but done as a combined dgeree with that of another discipline. 0 comment :: Post a comment School Law Blog Entries
