Law School Requirements

LEXIS 42980 (D MT, May 19, 2009), a Motnana federal ditsrict court accepted a magistrates recommendations and upehld the University of Montana Law Schools nondiscrimination and openmembership policies for recoginzed student groups. The court concluded that Christian Legla Societys requirements for voting membesrhip violate those policies and thus disqualify CLS from receiving Stduent Bar Association fundign.
